When I say institutional terrorists, I am talking about organizations, let that be government agencies (law enforcement, first responders), corporations, churches (I am using it as the general term to describe all religious and faith-based organizations), hospitals, NGOs, non-profits, family foundations, labor unions, fraternal organizations, banks, credit unions, and state lobbyists-politicians.
And I am referring to institutional terrorists as the criminal leaders of these publicly recognized and completely legitimate public service organizations.
Reminder that any laws regarding organ, tissue, and eye donations fall under state jurisdiction, and each state's law may be quite different from other states in how their own state laws are applied. This is why state lobbyists are often hired to influence how state laws are written or changed.

These groups of international institutional terrorists have loftier ideals of public service missions, or rather use such a far loftier publicly stated mission as cover to kill their targeted individuals, often sanctioned by their victims' family members, to make these crimes of killing their targeted individuals appear to be legal in the most inconspicuous fashions so that all parties involved in killing their targeted individuals get away scot-free of premeditated murders.
No money transactions are involved because these are all nonprofit for loftier public service missions, except for the targeted individuals who get killed for personal vendetta or corporate retaliation.
These targeted individuals are enemies of institutions and often their own families. So the people who sign off for donating these victims' organs, tissues, and eyes are often their victims' enemies within the victims' own families.
This way, the killings of their targeted individuals appear to be all legit and legal, and there is no need for strenuous investigations by law enforcement (often clueless on medical matters and organ transplants) or insurance fraud examiners.
Everyone gets away with the scot-free killing of their targeted individuals.
But what if not all their killings are for the non-profit purpose of getting rid of individuals these institutional terrorists deem their enemies?
What if these institutions terrorists actively seek out their victims as contract-hit jobs for profit?
Also, the routes by which these organs, tissues, and eyes are donated, acquired, and transplanted to the final recipients and how the final recipients get selected should be carefully monitored.
They made numerous criminal fraud entrapment attempts on me; some of them were deadly, using labor union members, rogue criminal law enforcement members and first responders, dual citizens, and foreign nationals in the US.
All those vehicular mobbing attacks from 2019 to the very day I left Chicago—there were hundreds of attempts to destroy me on the roads, almost daily when I am out driving alone in my car, so there were no witness when these criminals go for the gusto. These attacks may very well have been for the purpose of organ harvesting.
For these institutional terrorists, these attacks on me on the roads could have been a perfect setup, killing two birds with one stone, killing their targeted individuals in the most barbaric manners to satisfy their bloodthirsty psychotic egos and donating their enemies' organs for a good cause, saving other more desirable people's lives in their crooked religious and racist views.
But what if not all of these supposedly killings of undesirables by institutional terrorists are for nonprofit purposes only? Those street-level criminals who carry out these crimes on the roads will not do them for free. Somebody needs to pay them to get organs harvested in the form of contracted hit jobs of getting rid of their personal or corporate enemies on the roads.
This isn't a problem unique to one country.

Regardless of the composition of these groups, they are all a part of the enormous illicit blood cash streams that international crime cartels, consortiums of numerous ethnically and nationally syndicated RICO gangs, generate.
On a personal level, these articles shocked me, invoked, and reminded me so much of the terrors I felt from incessant vehicular mobbing on the roads and freeways, 24/7/365 eavesdropping and surveillance by institutional stalkers and their cohorts, local RICO gangs, and fraudulent criminal entrapment attacks by organized but well-hidden institutional terrorists I was under for many years.
I was targeted by numerous diverse ethnic RICO gangs, which are made up of criminals from a wide range of socioeconomic spectrums and professions.
I have genuinely felt that many of my attackers were seeking traumatic physical injuries on me from many different means, manners, and sources, and now I believe organ harvesting could have been an underlying monetary motive for street-level hired or contracted executioners—RICOs.
To end my life, my enemies, the sponsors of these terror campaigns against me, would choose the cruelest and most sadistic way possible, which would have easily been organ harvesting.
I have been constantly perplexed by my attackers, who were made up of very unusual professional groups, which may explain why I could have been a target of organ harvesters.
I truly believe that these criminals have all the biological and medical information of their targeted individuals and their ready recipients in their database well before these evil acts are carried out.
Were my attackers in any way remotely related to illegal organ harvesting? I will probably never know.
But I know for sure that many of my enemies are far more evil, sinister, and cruel than these evil, devilish doctors in the article.
