The 7th Head of Korea Central Intelligence Agency (KCIA)*
More than anything else, these two charts describe the history of contemporary Korea, the power structure in politics and conglomerates, from the 1960s to the present. I can say that because of my personal enemies, I was unintentionally right in the thick of it and received the worst treatment of all for no fault of mine.
Incorporate a few of the Kyungbok (경복) High School alumni, especially the 54th (54회) -LEE*, 53rd (53회) -my own classmate -KIM, and 52nd (52회) -LEE graduating classes, who do not appear in these charts.
There are alumni associations for KyungBok High School across the country, with chapters in Chicago and Atlanta among them.
I have never been a member, but there are several members who know me well through this alumni angle who may be closely tied to my personal enemies.
These charts also remind me of a number of old memories I still have about the presence of these two families, the 7th KCIA Chief (Shin) and my father's current wife (Lim).
These memories include a large, imposing tomb that appears to be the tomb of this KCIA chief's father, a house directly beneath the tomb, properties in Gunpo (군포), Gyeonggi-Do (경기도), and then gradually, like a mosaic, all these disparate old memories come together to form a complete picture.
And I came to believe that KCIA and its 7th chief played crucial roles in my immediate family's demise then, and now to me as an individual half a century later by descendants and their clan men of Shin Jik-Soo, their relationships to my father's current wife, Juliet's, (Lim) family that include her daughter, her son-in-law, and her daughter's biological father in the US.
I visited that house in Gunpo (군포) several times (1970s), thinking now that it could only have been purchased by the sale of our home, an apartment in Seoul.
My grandmother and I had to move out to a shantytown on the outskirts of Seoul after the sale of that apartment, near my junior high school, DaeSeong (대성중학교) Middle School (1972-1974), where I graduated with its 4th graduating class.
The surnames of Kim (선산 김씨), Lee (경주 이씨), Park (고령 박씨), Cho (양주 조씨), Hyun (연주 현씨), Jung (하동 정씨), and Shin (평산 신씨), are the ones that really caught my attention when I looked at these charts, for different reasons.
I may even have my own nexus with these conglomerates through my own one-time and my wife's several past employments headed by former employees or relatives of these conglomerates.
In July 1966, my mother was laid to rest in an unmarked grave on the mountainside of the family-owned mountain. 충청남도 서천군 비인면 율리.
This is the same town as the 7th KCIA chief's, Shin Jik-Soo, birthplace. Many of my personal enemies today had very close relationships with his family and his close relatives who attended the same grade school, 비인 국민학교 during 1950s and 1960s.
I strongly suspect my mother and my grandmother's deaths were in some ways attributed to the rogue KCIA agents under his control, murderers, decades ago.
These murderers are still alive and well in the United States and in Korea.
They are now attacking me to finish off our line of family with the help of their in-laws in Korea and in the US.
This KCIA chief was the last KCIA chief who survived until two days before the 911, according to the chart above. His successor, the 8th KCIA chief, Kim Jae-Kyu, was the one who assassinated President Park in 1979 and was executed after a brief trial.
Thus, the 7th KCIA chief was de facto a kingmaker of several through marriages, as shown in the above charts, and many of today's politicians, conglomerates, and billionaires owe their power and ill-gotten fortunes to him.
The KCIA, 중앙정보부, especially under this particular KCIA chief, was notoriously known for laying out well-choreographed criminal entrapment fraud schemes to entrap innocent people, political dissidents, torture them, and often kill them.
They were truly masters of their trade, "Criminal Entrapment Frauds." Reminds me a lot of criminal entrapment frauds I had been subjected to both in the US and in Korea. I even believe many of the attackers who tried to destroy me are intelligence operatives who were doing the bidding of personal and corporate enemies of mine in the US.
During those days, the Chiefs of the KCIA were like the second-most powerful people, only after President Park, who reigned over the country for close to two decades (1962-1979). I know this well because I lived in Korea until my early teenage years and attended the high school, KyungBok High School, right next to the Korean Presidential Palace, the "Blue House." Several of my classmates were sons of prominent politicians and conglomerate families.
Like many like him throughout the history of humanity, this KCIA chief turned very religious at the end of his life. I believe he became a "devote" Christian-Catholic.
So why am I bringing these KCIA stories today after more than half a century?
That's because these two Korean stalkers are from Skinner Park, Chicago, who showed up in this small town, Yakmok, on August 11, 2022. They have followed us from Chicago to Korea. And surprisingly, they appear to be native sons of the town, the ancestral hometown of the 7th KCIA chief, Shin Jik-Su.
Like many times in the past, I am extremely perplexed how I ended up in that town, out of hundreds of thousands of towns in Korea. I didn't know anything about the town except that my wife's mentor lived there. You know how much I hate coincidences. All those coincidences that drove me crazy.
I'm bringing them up upfront because I think these two individuals might address a lot of the questions I've had over the past seven years about who were behind many criminal entrapment fraud attacks I was under that ultimately destroyed our life.
There has to be individuals who have a close personal stake in ruining my life, and those folks have a close relationship with these two Chicago-based Korean stalkers.
After my encounter on August 11, 2022, with the same two Korean stalkers (in their 30s, males) from Skinner Park in Chicago, in a small Korean town in KyungBuk(경상북도) Province, where I lived at the time, I had numerous strange, intimidating, life-threatening, and dangerous activities directed towards me and to my wife collaterally.
What is the likelihood of seeing the same two Korean men I saw in Skinner Park in Chicago a year or two earlier, who appeared to be stalking me at the time in Chicago, in a small town I lived in out of tens of thousands of towns in Korea?
It was intentional on their part because we were on one of our few routes of daily walking on a sidewalk leading to Doomanji (두만지), a small reservoir, when they popped right in front of me from a few steps away, out of nowhere, just about in the same area as the photo shows below. Their eyes were gazing at me. One of them had very distinct, unmistakable, easy-to-recognize eyes. They may have thought that was a fun thing to do, but to me, it was an extremely startling and traumatic experience.
In hindsight, I believe these two guys are the hometown, Yakmok, boys who were born and raised in Yakmok, directly related to the 7th KCIA chief's, Shin, family in Yakmok and the Lim and Hwang family in Chicago. Their parents and relatives have a very strong presence in Yakmok, as big land (farm, residential land) and business owners.
I am almost 100% certain that they are native sons of the town. Their brothers, parents, and relatives live in the same town. They could be related to the 7th KCIA Chief's ancestral family or their in-laws. That town is the ancestral home town of the Shin family (평산 신씨).

I have experienced too many coincidences that have almost impossible probabilities of happening that have happened to me over the past seven years.
I am very perplexed about how I ended up going to that particular town in the first place. I know the exact reason why we went there in the first place. That's because my wife's acquaintance (her mentor, definitely not my mentor) lives in the same town.
That still does not explain why we ended up in the ancestral hometown of the 7th KCIA Chief, where many of his old clan men may still reside and have deep roots there.
That just drives me crazy to try to find any plausible rationality for all these coincidences.
I'm uploading these old photos because I'm afraid that in this new city I am living in today, the same strange, intimidating, harassing, stalking, and dangerous activities appear to be recurring again.
These criminal participants appeared to be all related to county or city governments, quasi-governmental corporations' employees, members of same religious organizations or corporations, in just different jurisdictions, locations, and people.
It was a coordinated hit job to bump us (either me or my wife) with a car over a deep ditch that runs along the road, thus injuring one of us. This was a premeditated plot to injure one of us.
We often use this route to go to the river reservoir, which is just about one-hour walking distance in one way from where we lived at the time.
This is also the place many strange activities that happened that appeared to be targeting me.
The car snuck behind my wife; she said there was no noise or sound of a car approaching her from behind. I only spotted the car when I turned around to give a warning to my wife about the oncoming motorcycle.
We were able to skirt their deadly attempt to run us over because I walked very fast toward the car, shouting, and taking pictures.
There were several attempts, very intimidating acts, vehicular stalking-mobbing activities, immediately before and after this date, September 11, 2022.

I was only able to take these pictures that time because I was alerted by the biker standing at the corner where the road gets bended for a long time, perhaps 2-3 minutes, looking toward us before getting on his motorcycle. Notice his attire. That's too clean for the people who work in this farming area.
